Inconsolable families bid teary-eyed farewell to jawans

The families of security personnel, who lost their lives in a deadly Maoist encounter in Chhattisgarh's Bijapur, wailed inconsolably before performing their last rites on Monday. A pall of gloom descended upon the kin of the brave soldiers and they bid adieu to the jawans. Rich tributes poured in for the jawans whose mortal remains were wrapped in Indian tricolour for the wreath-laying ceremony.
