History-sheeter hacked to death on busy road in Bengaluru

A history-sheeter, Bestamanahalli Sunil, of Bengaluru was hacked to death on a busy road at Anekal by six unidentified miscreants, who came in a car. The whole incident was captured on a CCTV camera installed in front of a nearby hotel. The miscreants attacked Sunil with machetes and iron rods around 7:30 pm while he was travelling in his car. He was rushed to hospital by passers-by but succumbed to his injuries on the way. The attackers managed to flee. Anekal police have registered a case and launched a manhunt to nab the accused persons based on the CCTV footages.
