WATCH: Elephant creates havoc in Bihar

An elephant created havoc at Maharajganj in Bihar's Shivan district on the occasion of Shivratri. People had gathered to take out the 'Shivbarat' when the elephant became uncontrollable and also damaged a trolley. According to eyewitnesses, the elephant caused a stampede in the area. Later, the mahout managed to control the elephant.
