Congress displaying double standards: Javadekar

Targetting Congress leader Rahul Gandhi over his lockdown remark, Union Minister Prakash Javadekar said that the Congress party made a scene when the nationwide lockdown was imposed and is doing the same now that it is relaxed, thus displaying its double standards. Javadekar accused Gandhi of indulging in a negative campaign against the government when it should be standing with the countrymen. Earlier in the day, Rahul Gandhi said the four phases of nationwide lockdown have 'failed' and not given desired results. He said India is the only country in the world which is relaxing lockdown when the virus is 'exponentially rising'.
