Puri: Renowned sand artist Sudarshan Pattnaik shares sand art on PM Narendra Modi's Initiative, 'Tika Utsav' from April 11- 14 to vaccinate maximum people amid Coronavirus pandemic. Taking to Twitter Pattnaik said, "Hon’ble PM Narendra Modi Ji appealed for celebrating the period 11th-14th April as Tika Utsav by vaccinating the maximum number of eligible people. My sand art at Puri beach in Odisha. Please follow the Covid guidelines."
