Ailing newborn struggles to get ventilator in Delhi

The parents of a newborn child have alleged that their infant is struggling to get ventilator in various hospitals. In a video message, they have claimed that despite making several rounds to govt and private hospitals they have been denied admission. The couple has appealed to the government to provide them with medical help.
