Water woes in Chhattisgarh's Baloda Bazar for over 8 years

People of Bilaigarh area in Chhatisgarh are facing acute water crisis. Here, 8 years ago, a water tank was constructed at the cost of 45 lakh rupees and the pipeline had also been laid in the village. But villagers have not got a drop of water till date.
