WATCH: Surat man drags dog on moving bike

In a shocking video from Gujarat, a man can be seen dragging a dog on a moving motorcycle. The culprit, sitting pillion on a bike had tied a rope around the dog's neck and is seen dragging the animal on road. The video has gone viral and a complaint has been registered under Animal Act at Khatodara Police Station. One person was arrested. Following the incident, the dog died.
