Two foreign students brutally assaulted in Roorkee

Two foreign students were brutally beaten up in Roorkee, Uttarakhand. According to reports, the incident occurred at Roorkee Institute of Technology under Bhagwanpur police station limits. The assault took place amid the presence of college guards, staff and other students. The investigation is underway.
