Ex-MP Monazir Hassan backs Pappu Yadav

New Delhi: Senior JDU leader and former MP Monazir Hassan has come out in support of Pappu Yadav, the national president of the Jan Adhikar Party (JAP). Having condemned the JAP chief's arrest, the JDU leader said that Pappu Yadav has been providing all possible help to Covid19 patients and worked like a messiah for the poor. Monazir Hassan who is close to Nitish Kumar said that it should be BJP MP Rajiv Pratap Rudy who must be arrested. The JDU leader added that Pappu Yadav had been providing oxygen cylinders, medicines, beds in hospitals and food to the poor. It is known that Pappu Yadav had been visiting government and private hospitals on a daily basis. Yadav was held in connection with a 32-yr old kidnapping case. Earlier, the court issued a non-bailable warrant for his non-appearance in the trial.
