Poachers killed elephant for ivory in Karnataka

A team of poachers fired on an elephant herd to steal the ivory, as a result, a calf moving with the herd was killed in Karnataka's Bengaluru on Friday. The incident took place in the Jawalagiri forest area, which lies on the border of Karnataka and Tamil Nadu.
