One killed, 1 hurt as goods train hit car in Andhra Pradesh

One person was killed and another critically injured when a car was hit by double locomotives of a goods train on the railway track in Yerraguntla Mandal in Andhra Pradesh on Saturday. According to the police, the car developed a technical snag when it was crossing an unmanned railway crossing and stopped in the middle of the track. After hitting the car, the locomotives dragged the car to about 200 metres on the track. In the incident, a man named Nagi Reddy lost his life while another unidentified man got critically injured.
