Man arrested after celebratory firing video goes viral

A man was arrested after a video of him opening fire during a function went viral on social media. The incident took place near Cantt Thana area in Guna of Madhya Pradesh. The accused was booked under the Arms Act for negligent use of explosives. The police recovered a revolver and live cartridge from Manjeet Raghuvanshi.
