Hot water emanating bubbles and vapour from open well raises eyebrows in Karnataka

On Saturday morning, villagers at Sulepeth village in Kalaburagi district of Karnataka noticed something unusual. Hot water, with vapours and steam, coming out from an open well which is around 50-feet deep. In all other neighbouring wells, water is cold and steaming vapour emanating from this one, especially in the monsoon season raised few eyebrows. Water authorities reached the spot and sent the water for testing. No tectonic activity reported in the region till now.
