Four of family charred to death in house fire

Nashik: Four people were killed and two suffered burn injuries in a fire that broke out in a house at Brahmanpada village in Palghar, Maharashtra on Sunday. Flames engulfed the house of Anant Maule after a suspected short circuit. Maule, along with his wife and four children were sleeping when the fire started at around 2 am. Ananta Maule's mother Gangubai Maule, wife Dwarka Maule, daughter Pallavi Maule and son Krishna Maule died in the blaze. Two other children Ashwini Maule and Bhavesh Maule who suffered severe burn injuries are undergoing treatment at a hospital in Nashik.
