Fire sweeps through shops in Ahmedabad

A major fire broke out in Shyam Shikhar tower early Sunday morning and destroyed 15 shops. Mobile shops, gold and silver shops were among the shops that were reduced to ashes, causing crores of rupees in losses. To control the inferno, 13 fire fighting trucks came to the scene. No casualties were reported in the incident.
