On Himachal government completing its three-year term, Rural Development Minister Virender Kanwar spoke exclusively to ETV Bharat. Describing the tenure as unmatched, the minister said that the BJP had a double engine government in the state and center. Now, with the help of supporters, the saffron party will also win the Panchayati Raj elections, making a triple engine government, fulfilling the PM's dream of making India self-sufficient.
