Dog tied to two-wheeler, dragged on road in Malappuram

Malappuram: A pet dog was tied to a two-wheeler and dragged along a road in Edakkara in Malappuram. This cruel incident took place on Saturday. Police have registered a case against the owner. The animal's pain came to an end after some people forcibly stopped the scooter. The dog suffered injuries on its legs.
