Arif Masood's lawyer accuses police of false charges

Speaking to ETV Bharat, Congress lawmaker Arif Khan's advocate Wahid Khan said the police had earlier registered a case of violation of Section 144 - in which bail was granted - but later a false case of incitement of religious sentiments was registered against which an anticipatory bail application was filed in the High Court. Khan who represents Bhopal had staged a protest against French President Emmanual Macron in the cartoon row.
