WikiLeaks probe: Chelsea Manning refuses to testify

Former Army intelligence analyst Chelsea Manning says she'll stay in jail 'forever' rather than testify to a grand jury investigating Wikileaks. Manning spoke to reporters outside the federal courthouse in Alexandria before a scheduled hearing.
