He appeared to lose his balance as he walked up steps leading to the podium during a "Make America Great Again" rally in Manchester. The President later joked about the incident, referring to the floor being like "an ice skating rink" and adding he would "tiptoe" to avoid further slips. Trump also used his address to express confidence in his victory in November's presidential election and attack rival Joe Biden.
