Tor system suspected of downing plane is very efficient

Ukrainian security officials said that evidence pointed to a possible strike from a Russian Tor system. The Kiev-bound plane carrying 176 people on board crashed hours after Iran launched more than a dozen ballistic missiles at two US bases in Iraq on Wednesday.
