Putin describes Mueller's report 'exotic' work

Russian President Vladimir Putin said that the findings from US Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller's investigation eased tensions between the two nations. Mueller's report on Russian interference which was released in April showed that there had been no collusion during 2016 American presidential elections.
