Explained: India's border disputes with neighbours

New Delhi is at loggerhead with China over border disputes in Eastern Ladakh but Beijing is not the only neighbour that lays claim over India's territories. However, unsettled border disputes with China and Pakistan pose a major threat to India in the longer term. If not resolved sooner, disputes can be used as a weapon to stimulate and push India toward a military conflict.
