3 killed as militants hit govt post in northwest Syria

Three soldiers were killed in clashes after Islamic militants attacked a government post in Tayyibat al-Imam, in northwest Syria. The area is within a de-militarized zone that was part of a truce deal sponsored by Russia and Turkey since September.
