Commission tries to strike balance between Centre and States' fiscal needs: NK Singh

New Delhi: In an exclusive interview with ETV Bharat's Deputy News Editor, Krishnanand Tripathi, Chairman of 15th Finance Commission, NK Singh, highlights the challenges faced by the Commission in distributing the divisible pool between Centre and states, how the Commission revamped their report due to the coronavirus pandemic and the reason of mismatch in projection of fiscal deficit provided by the commision and the Finance Ministry.
