WATCH: No place to sit inside; student balances on moving school van's footboard

Raichur (Karnataka): In a video going viral across social media platforms, a young student can be seen hanging on to the window sill of a school van even as the vehicle continues to ply on a busy road in Raichur district of Karnataka. The child, who was barely managing to keep his balance, was precariously hanging on the footboard of the speeding van. The van, belonging to Supm Montessori School, was jam-packed with students roughly between the age group of eight to 12 years.
