Privatisation will increase unemployment: NSUI

The student wing of the Congress party, the National Students' Union of India (NSUI) staged a demonstration on Friday over rising unemployment in the country. Speaking to ETV Bharat, Rajya Sabha Congress MP Shakti Singh Gohil slammed the BJP-led Central government and said that the privatisation of various sectors will only increase unemployment resulting in the exploitation of youth. On the other hand, Haryana State Congress President Selja Kumari alleged that after privatisation, the government will resort to end the reservation system and employment opportunities for the minority sector will be hit.
