Amit Shah wanted BJP to win even in Nepal, Sri Lanka: Tripura CM

Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb said that Union Home Minister Amit Shah desired to expand the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in neighbouring nations like Sri Lanka and Nepal as well. Recollecting a discussion with Shah when he was the BJP president, Deb said that the former spoke about the party's expansion in Nepal and Sri Lanka as it had already formed the government in several Indian states.
