Green tea has become a very popular drink because of its powerful health benefits. Green tea is a type of tea that is made from Camellia Sinensis leaves and buds that have not undergone the same withering and oxidation process like the normal black tea. It is called 'green' because it has been dried without fermenting so there is minimal oxidation during processing.
