Purulia (West Bengal): Two college students, caught in flash floods while bathing in the Bamni falls of Ajodhya hills in West Bengal's Purulia, were rescued by the local police officials on Thursday.
The students along with their friends had gone to visit the popular tourist spot and got trapped in a sudden wave of flash flood as they moved up a few rocks towards the fall.
Watching them struggle in the heavy flow of water, the locals raised an alarm and informed the police.
The police immediately reached the spot and rescued the young students.
