Kolkata: While addressing a press conference in Delhi on Sunday, BJP state president and MP Dilip Ghosh made serious allegations against the Mamata Banerjee-led government.
Dilip Ghosh said: "Mamata government is scared of its failures and hence she is doing wrong politics."
He further said that the game of wrangling with the governor in West Bengal has been going on for the last 40 years, whichever political party is in power in the state, opposes the governor.
Dilip Ghosh said, there should be a government of the same party in the state whose government is at the centre, then there will be better coordination between the centre and the state and all the development works will be done in the right way.
There are reports in Bengal that there is a lot of differences between the BJP unit itself and the voices are being raised against the state president in the local units. Is it due to these reasons that Dilip Ghosh has reached Delhi and is meeting with the National President JP Nadda? On this question, Dilip Ghosh said that all these are mere rumours and some people do such things only to remain in the news.
In the midst of increasing incidents of political violence and killings in Bengal, more than 100 seats of the local body and Vidhan Sabha elections are also due next year. In such a way, how will elections be held in the state? In response to this question, Dilip Ghosh said that peace, law and order cannot be established in Bengal until Trinamool's immoral politics is over.
