Kolkata: West Bengal BJP president Dilip Ghosh has been shifted to a new residence on Wednesday after the Central Intelligence Agency reported a life threat for him by a foreign agency.
According to sources, Union Home Minister Amit Shah has ordered to shift Dilip Ghosh to a new residence along with additional security.
BJP leader Dilip Ghosh said: "The Union Home Minister has asked for special vigilance in the district. The residence has to be changed according to the report by the Central Intelligence Agency."
