Roorkee: As farmers' agitation continues against the newly introduced farm laws, a village in Uttarakhand has banned the entry of Bhartiya Janta Party (BJP) leaders.
Residents of Narsan Kalan village of Roorkee district have put up a banner at the main entrance of village warning the 'Anti-Farmer' BJP leaders.
The banner reads, "BJP leaders are strictly prohibited to enter the village. If they do, it's at their own risk."
The people of the village said they will not let anyone from the BJP enter the village.
"If the party leaders don't care for us, we also don't care for them," they said.
Farmers from the district have been actively supporting the Delhi-NCR protests.
