Group of Pakistani Hindu devotees reach Haridwar

Around 118 men, 84 women and 18 children Hindu devotees from Pakistan reached Haridwar to take a dip in Holy river Ganga. The pilgrims came from Sindh province worshipped at Brahma Kund.

Haridwar (Uttrakhand): A group of Hindu pilgrims from Pakistan reached Uttarakhand’s Haridwar on Sunday.

The pilgrims came from Sindh province of Pakistan and prayed at holy river Ganga for peace and prosperity.

Around 220 devotees, which comprised of 118 men, 84 women and 18 children, gathered together and worshipped at Brahma Kund on this occasion.

Devotees from Sindh province said that they come down to India every year calling it a sign of brotherhood and prayed for peace between two countries.

They informed that the trip got delayed due to Pulwama attack as they were supposed to reach India on March 25.
