Tehri(Uttarkhand): The body of Kamlesh Bhatt, who worked at a hotel in Dubai and died of a heart attack there on April 16, was brought to the country, but was later sent back after a government order.
It was after consistent efforts of social worker Roshan Raturi, the body was brought back to India.
His corpse, along with two other dead bodies, was brought from Abu Dhabi Airport in a cargo aircraft to Delhi's IGI Airport on the night of April 23.
Meanwhile, an order received from the Indian Embassy at about 10 p.m. on Thursday said that no dead body arriving from other countries shall be received by anyone on the country. Following this, all three bodies were sent back by the same aircraft.
Bhatt's family members returned to Uttarakhand at 5 am the next day.
