Dehradun (Uttrakhand): Yoga guru Baba Ramdev on Tuesday has issued a statement claiming that all the doubts of the Ayush Ministry will be cleared and the communication gap will be covered. He stated that all the standard parameters of randomised placebo-controlled clinical trials have been 100 per cent fulfilled by Patanjali and the complete details along with documents regarding the medicine have already been sent to the ministry.
Hours after Baba Ramdev stated that Ayurvedic medicines developed by Patanjali Ayurved Ltd. can cure COVID-19 patients in seven days, the Ministry of Ayush sent out a notice to Ramdev and asked to immediately stop advertising and publicising such claims till the issue is duly examined.

The Ministry of AYUSH has taken cognizance over Patanjali Ayurved’s claim about Ayurvedic medicines developed for the treatment of COVID-19.
