Case registered against 10 saints of Nirmal Panchayati Akhada in Uttarakhand

A case has been registered against as many as 10 saints of in connection with making a fake executive in order to grab the immovable properties of Akhada illegally. Following this, Uttarakhand's Kankhal police have started a thorough investigation into the matter.

Haridwar: Uttarakhand police have registered a case against as many as 10 saints of Nirmal Panchayati Akhada in connection with making a fake executive to grab the immovable properties of Akhada illegally.

It is alleged that they all conducted a bogus meeting in August 2019, conspiring to grab the properties and the main office of the institution. They elected Resham Singh as the president in the meeting.

Following this, the Kankhal police have started a thorough investigation into the case.

Meanwhile, Nirmal Panchayati Akhada has demanded from the Akhada Council that strict action should be taken against those saints so that no one can try to tarnish the image of saints in the future.

It is to be noted that Nirmal Akhada has also demanded action from the government against all these accused.
