Uttarakhand chief ministerial candidate from Aam Aadmi Party, Colonel Ajay Kothiyal on Tuesday reached the secretariate and exposed the ongoing bribery system in government departments in the name of jobs.

Dehradun: Colonel Ajay Kothiyal, a chief ministerial candidate from Aam Aadmi Party in Uttrakhand has exposed the bribery system in government departments, as he reached the Secretariat on Tuesday with an offer letter for the post of a Security Guard in Women and Child Development Department Champawat which he received after paying Rs 25 thousand.

Kothiyal during his visit to the secretariat met VK Mishra, Additional Secretary, Department of Women's Empowerment and Child Development and explained the matter. Additional Secretary has assured that the matter will be investigated.

Colonel alleged that outsourcing companies are exploiting the unemployed and the poor by the name of employment. He further claimed that he paid a bribe of Rs 25 thousand to a Square Agency, after which the company had offered him a security guard job on a monthly pay of Rs 8500. He added that his fight would continue in the state till the unemployed get justice.
