New Delhi: Terming the Yogi Adityanath-led Uttar Pradesh government's budget for the year 2020-21 'disappointing', the Congress has said it does not have anything for the common man.
"It's a very disappointing budget as it does not have any provision to deal with any of the problems that are prevalent in the state," senior Congress leader P L Punia said while talking to the ETV Bharat here.
He said the budget does not have funds to deal with the problem of unemployment or to address problems concerning farmers in the state.

"The state government has not done anything to deal with the pressing issues in the budget," Punia opined.
The Congress MP also said stray animals have been a major issue for farmers as they have to secure their farms from them, round the clock.
"There are several problems that have made life miserable for people but the government was not bothered," he charged.
Finance Minister Suresh Khanna presented Rs 5,12,860 crore budget for 2020-21, the biggest-ever state budget till date.
