Fatehpur: The owner of the truck involved in the Unnao rape survivor's accident is a Samajwadi Party leader Devendra Kishore Pal.

In an exclusive interview with ETV Bharat, Pal's brother Nand Kishore denied the allegations of conspiracy behind the accident.

It was an accident not a conspiracy; claims brother of the accused truck owner

Kishore said that it was a mere accident and his brother has never met the accused BJP legislator Kuldeep Sengarin his entire life.

"The driver might have blackened the number plate as the vehicle was bought on finance and have not paid the premium. Let the government order for CBI probe," he said.

Body:वहीं ट्रक मालिक देवेन्द्र किशोर पाल को सपा नेता हैं इनके भाई नन्द किशोर पाल है जो सपा नेता थे इस समय प्रगतिशील समाज वादी पार्टी में हैं। इनकी पत्नी 2011 में ब्लाक प्रमुख रह चुकी हैं।
नन्द किशोर पाल ने etv भारत से बातचीत में बताया कि इसमें कोई साजिश नहीं है। हम लोगो का ट्रक का काम है ट्रक फाइनेंस था इस लिए कालिख पोता गया था। जिससे फाइनेंस कंपनी वाले परेशान न करें। वहीं इन्होंने ने बताया कि कुलदीप सेंगर को हम जानते ही नही। सरकार सीबीआई जांच करवा कर मामले में दूध का दूध और पानी का पानी हो जाय। इन्होंने यह भी बताया कि भाई का सपा पार्टी से कोई सम्बन्ध नही । भाई का कोई सम्बन्ध हमसे भी नही रहता है केवल बदनाम किया जा रहा है।
