Two girls elope, marry each other in Kanpur

Rati Tiwari and Nandini Gautam got married after a year-long relationship and said they both hate men. Their families and society had objected to their relationship after which they decided to elope.

Kanpur: After families objected to their relationship, two girls eloped and married each other in Kanpur's Barra.

Rati Tiwari and Nandini Gautam got married after a year-long relationship and said they both hate men.

Their families and society had objected to their relationship after which they decided to elope.

However, at the police station, Nandini's mother Gudiya Devi accused Rati and her brother of kidnapping her daughter.

Nandini in a statement to the media said her mother is falsely implicating Rati, who she married at her own will.
