Six, including three women, injured in clash

A minor dispute broke out between two groups a Khaikheda Village of Muzaffarnagar, Uttar Pradesh. Six people including three females got injured and were rushed to the hospital.

Muzaffarnagar: Six persons, including three women, were injured when two groups hurled stones at each other over a minor dispute at Khaikheda village under the Kakroli police station limits, police said on Saturday.

According to Kakroli Station House Officer (SHO) Jitender Kumar, the incident occurred on Friday, following an altercation between a man and a woman. The altercation turned into a violent clash involving two groups which hurled stones and bricks at each other, the officer said.

The injured -- Bidyawati, Rinu, Mamta, Chatrapal, Deepak and Prince -- were rushed to a hospital, the SHO said.
