Meet the man with longest moustache in India

Pilibhit (UP): In Pilibhit mahotsav that kickstarted on 25 January, Ram Singh was at the centre of attention. Reason: He won the first prize in moustache competition for having the longest moustache in the country.

His name is also registered in the Guinness World Records.

A native from Bareli, Ram Singh had his ancestors from Rajasthan. Because of the family tradition, he has kept long moustache.

"This moustache is my identity, our pride. Though I'm far from my people, I still want to stick to our tradition," Ram Singh told ETV Bharat, adding, “I have also created a record for my moustache.”

Earlier, he was honoured by former chief minister Mulayam Yadav, Akhilesh Yadav and many other famous personalities for his moustache.
