Zomato pledges zero tolerance after its delivery boy arrested in the case
With one of its delivery boys being arrested in connection with murder Tiwari, online food ordering platform Zomato said it has zero tolerance for anyone breaking the law and the guilty should be dealt with swiftly.
Zomato said the safety and well being of its customers is and will continue to be of paramount importance to the company. "Zomato has zero-tolerance for anyone breaking law. We wish that the guilty are dealt with in accordance with law swiftly."

Guj court grants UP Police transit remand of two accused
An Ahmedabad court granted an Uttar Pradesh Police team transit remand of the two accused held in connection with the murder of Hindu Samaj Party leader Kamlesh Tiwari.
Surat residents Ashfaq Shaikh (34) and Moinuddin Pathan (27) were nabbed from Gujarat-Rajasthan border near Shamlaji by the Gujarat Anti-Terrorist Squad on Tuesday night.
They were handed over to a team of Lucknow Police and produced before an Ahmedabad court on Wednesday. The court granted Lucknow Police their 72-hour transit remand.
A transit remand is granted when the accused is to be produced before a court in another city.

Murder accused produced before Ahmedabad court
Two accused in the Kamlesh Tiwari murder case, who were arrested from the Gujarat-Rajasthan border, have been produced before a Ahmedabad court for trial.
The Hindu Samaj Party leader was murdered in Lucknow on October 18.

Lucknow police to interrogate the accused of Kamlesh Tiwari's murder in Gujarat
Ahmedabad: A four member team of Lucknow police has reached Gujarat to interrogate the arrested accused in Kamlesh Tiwari murder case.
The Gujarat ATS has successfully arrested two accused- Moinuddin Pathan and Ashfaq Hussain from the Rajasthan-Gujarat border. They informed the Lucknow police soon after the arrest after which they sent a team to Gujarat for interrogation.
After an interrogation in Gujarat, the accused will be brought back to Lucknow where further enquiry will take place. As soon as the interrogation of the Lucknow police concludes in Gujarat, the accused will be produced before a court in Ahmedabad.
Following the arrest of the killers of Kamlesh Tiwari, his mother Kusum Tiwari has demanded the death penalty for both the killers.
Earlier, three accused- Faizan, Rashid and Mohsin were arrested from Gujarat, and were produced in the court on Tuesday after which they have been sent on a 4-day police remand.
The Hindu Samaj Party leader Kamlesh Tiwari was murdered in Lucknow on October 18.
