Lucknow: The Facebook post of UP IAS officer Akhilesh Mishra selling vegetables on the road has gone viral on social media. IAS Akhilesh Mishra is the Special Secretary in the Transport Department of Uttar Pradesh. Recently, he posted some of his pictures of Facebook selling vegetables at a roadside shop. The post with his pictures contained a caption, "tomato Rs 20 kg, sort it."
Later, these pictures on Facebook went viral on social media. In the meantime, Akhilesh Mishra realized his mistake and deleted the Facebook post. However, by the time he deleted the pictures from his Facebook account, they went viral. Now, the IAS officer is in trouble answering his Facebook posts. He has also issued a clarification about the concerned Facebook post.

Special Secretary, Transport (UP) Akhilesh Mishra spoke to ETV Bharat and said, 'I had gone to Prayagraj yesterday for official work. While coming back, I stopped at one place to see the vegetables. The vegetable seller was an old lady who requested me to keep an eye on her vegetables".
He said, "the old lady came in an instant. Perhaps her child had moved away. I just sat at his shop. Meanwhile, several customers came to the shop. During that time, a dear friend clicked the picture. He jokingly made a Facebook post from my phone and posted it at night. When I saw the picture today, I immediately removed it."
