Ghaziabad (Uttar Pradesh): Coronavirus may have wrecked a havoc across the world prompting the scientific community to hard-pressed finding an antidote to it, people of Ghaziabad have discovered a new way to tackle the situation and organised an 'Ayurvedic Yagya' to prevent the virus from spreading.
According to Sadhvi Kanchan Giri, who performed the Yagya, though the scientists have not discovered the antidote of the disease, India has a rich culture of treating these kinds of viruses through natural means.
"We have used the leaves of Neem, Eliachi (Cardamom), Laung (Cloves), Amla (Indian gooseberry) in the Yagya. The sacred flame of the ayurvedic Yagya can kill the germs of the deadly Covid-19. I request all the priests to organise such Yagya in their areas in order to clean the environment," said Sadhvi.
The Sadhvi further urged all the citizens not to panic due to the deadly coronavirus. Also, requested all the citizens to organise ayurvedic Yagya in their homes to protect their family members.

Meanwhile, the organiser of this Yagya maintained her support to Sadhvi and said, "Everyone should organise this Yagya at their level. It will prevent the virus from spreading."
However, this is not the first time that Hindu mythology has been attached to tackle such a devastating situation but a Hindu Sabha last month has claimed that coronavirus is an avatar to punish the non-vegetarian.
Bizarre it may sound, but Swami Chakrapani went on to claim that there's a way out of these health epidemics, for the Chinese. According to him, the Chinese premier Xi Jinping should "create an idol of Corona and seek forgiveness" and all non-vegetarian Chinese populace "pledge of not harming any innocent creatures in future, then the anger of Corona will come down".
In a further embarrassing statement, he added, if the Chinese follow his prescription, the 'avatar' will 'return to its world'. The Hindu Mahasabha Chief, however, assured Indians of not being wary of the deadly virus, notwithstanding three people are already detected with the deadly disease in India. According to him, "God-worshipping and Gau Raksha believer Indians" are immune to coronavirus.
As of Saturday, a total 82,245 confirmed cases of novel coronavirus and 3,025 reported deaths have been reported worldwide.
