CBSE conducts compartment exams with precautions

Noida: The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has started holding compartment examinations for classes 10 and 12 from today.

In view of the COVID-19 pandemic, the examinees and the staffers of the schools, which have been chosen as examination centres, have been advised to follow all the guidelines issued by the central government to contain the disease.

The examinees and the school officials here at a Noida school were seen following the norms of social distancing, using masks, gloves and face shields to avoid any possible infection of coronavirus.

It is learnt that only 10 examinees are sitting in a room to ensure proper social distancing.

An official of the school told ETV Bharat that all necessary precautions have been taken and all guidelines are being followed. He said students have been advised not to touch things around them unnecessarily.

All compartment examinations for the two classes will be conducted from September 22 to 29.
