New Delhi: AP Singh, the lawyer defending the four accused in the Hathras case, on Wednesday reposed his faith on the investigating agency and the judiciary, and said that the truth will soon come out.

"Everyone should have trust on the CBI. Everything will be clear and the truth will come out. Nobody should fear the investigation - be it the accused or the victim's side," he said.

The lawyer further said even leaders doing politics on the issue should not be worried about the probe as the CBI was doing its job.

"CBI is the country's biggest, neutral, and the most powerful agency. Why are people worried when the agency is doing its job," he said.

In the latest development in the case, the CBI found that one of the four accused is a minor according to his school records.

"The agency has now found that one of the accused is a minor, but the villagers already knew this. All four accused and victims from same village," Singh said, adding that such revelations will be made during the investigation.
