New Delhi: The Akhil Bharatiya Sant Samiti, an umbrella body of Hindu seers, on Saturday said that the verdict on the Ram Janambhoomi-Babri Masjid dispute would be delivered soon and claimed that it would be in their (Ram Janambhoomi) favour.
Addressing saints all over the country, Gauri Shankar Prasad, the organisation's Uttar Pradesh President, said, "The Ayodhya verdict will be in our favour and it will be delivered by November."
"It has been decided in one of our meetings that we will spread awareness on the issue among the people of the Hindu community," he added.
Brahmeshanand Charya, the President of the Samiti, said, "we convened a meeting to decide upon a strategy that saints from all over the country need to follow."
"Even the apex court has realised that there is no point in delaying the issue any further, so hearings in the case are being held regularly. We sincerely hope that the people of India will soon see the temple being built," he added.
